This privacy policy governs your use of the software application eROBOT Black Box WIFI/BLE (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by eRobot j.s.a. The Application is system for management filtration devices mady by eRobot j.s.a.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The application does not collect any user personal information. It is used only for the collection of technological data from filtration devices manufactured by eRobot j.s.a Does not require user registration.
This technological data is stored in a mobile device. They can be sent to eRobot j.s.a servers. or delete them at the decision of the user.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
No, the application requires permission to allow location permission only to allow searching for in-range filtration devices that communicate via Bluetooth.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No, all data that the application collects from the filtration devices is only available to the user. In case of sending them by the user also for eRobot j.s.a.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Information
Retention of collected data from filtration devices is at the decision of the user. You can delete data at any time in the application or send it to the eRobot j.s.a servers. This action also delete this data on the mobile device by the reason saving local storage space.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via our web page www.erobot.sk. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of collected data in the Application as set out in this Privacy Policy now and as amended. “Processing” means the use of data to analyze and evaluate the functioning of filtering devices, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and publishing information, all of which will take place in the EU. If you are based outside the EU, the information will be transferred, processed and stored there according to EU privacy standards.
